According to Osho, acting contrary to your svabhava (intrinsic nature) is adharma and inevitably breeds suffering—misery, anxiety, tension, even madness. Humans alone can violate the Law (Rta/Tao); when they do, misfortune follows. Only by freely choosing to live in one's nature does happiness become bliss; resisting it replaces ease with pain and estranges us from Tao.
If you act against your true nature, you suffer; if you freely choose to live as you truly are, you feel deep, joyful ease.
