Hatred reveals the need for distance and supplies the destructive force required to clear the old so the new can be born; jealousy exposes our own longing. With awareness, these 'poisons' become medicine; without it, they harden into suffering.
Even bad feelings are tools—if you understand them, they help you see what you want, step back when needed, and make space for something better.
