According to Osho, thoughts are question-making movements of the mind: where there are thoughts, there are questions; where no question arises, there are no thoughts. Thought’s very nature is restlessness and inquiry. The ultimate intelligence is silence—no-thought, no-question—where words are unnecessary and truth is directly received; in such openness, the living answer (the master) can enter.
Thoughts always create questions, but when the mind stops questioning, it becomes silent and truth can be felt without words.
