According to Osho, the soul (chitta) and mind survive bodily death, carrying memory for a short time before it fades, and most quickly take new birth; rare children recall past lives. Yet intellectual proof is secondary: decisive knowing comes from meditative awareness and dying consciously, where one witnesses the body dropping but not oneself, directly verifying continuity and reincarnation.
You can’t prove the soul and rebirth by thinking; you have to wake up inside and see you remain when the body is gone.
