According to Osho, men and women are kept apart in traditional ashramas due to outdated, fear-based ideas that deny life, love, and intelligence. His ashram makes no gender distinction: differences are natural and beautiful, and their meeting lets energy flow, nurturing awareness. Real celibacy arises after full celebration and mutual knowing, leading beyond duality to wholeness, not through repression or separation.
Old ashrams separate men and women out of fear, but Osho says letting them meet brings joyful growth and, eventually, real peace.
