Stay alert to the impulse, and if it burdens people, talk alone, to yourself or even a wall. This harmlessly discharges energy, relaxes you, and can become a deep meditation.
If you feel extra chatty, enjoy it kindly—and if others aren’t up for it, just talk to yourself or a wall to let the energy out and feel calm.
