According to Osho, you remain unsatisfied because you wait passively for outer grace, like a lump of clay beside the philosopher’s stone; only ‘iron’—a readiness forged by personal responsibility, meditation, and right effort—can turn to gold. Virtue or fault is yours, not the master’s. Stop blaming, polish your inner awareness (surati), break wrong habits, deepen right ones, and transformation will follow.
Don’t wait for magic from outside; start meditating and changing your habits, and satisfaction will grow from within.
