According to Osho, in true sadhana we meditate on no one. Meditation is not concentration on a deity, image, breath, or thought; these are dharana, provisional tools. Real meditation begins when all objects dissolve and only pure awareness remains—formless, objectless presence. The divine is not seen as an image; it is realized as union in silent, contentless consciousness.
Don’t focus on any person or picture; let every thought fade until only your bare awareness remains.
