Are dharana and autosuggestion the same? What is the difference between dharana and svabhava or bodh?

According to Osho, dharana and autosuggestion are identical—autosuggestion is simply the scientific name for dharana. But svabhava (one’s intrinsic nature) or bodh (awakening) appears only when every dharana drops. Mantras and affirmations are suggestions that carve grooves and breed illusions; “Aham Brahmasmi” is not for repetition but a single spontaneous proclamation from awakening. True realization is the silence beyond all projections, not visions or dialogue.
