According to Osho, when you suppress parts of yourself—anger, sex, jealousy—because of social conditioning or spiritual ideals, you fracture your indivisible being and cannot enter truth; you stay outside, merely dreaming of liberation. Nothing real can be left behind. The way is not repression but alchemy: bring everything in totality and transform crude energies into compassion, beauty, and awareness.
