According to Osho, the supreme Self is one, universal and impersonal, the same in all beings; yet individuals are uniquely different in form and expression—like waves of one ocean. On the circumference, diversity; at the center, oneness. Thus men aren’t identical, but each unique wave is an essential manifestation of the same oceanic consciousness.
We all share one big inner Self, but on the outside each of us is a different wave with its own shape.
