According to Osho, we don’t truly know suffering—we become it. Real knowing is witnessing pain without identification. Bliss is our innate nature, present here-now; we miss it by seeking in the future or from others. Stop searching, stop postponing: dive inward into the present through witnessing (dhyana, samadhi). When you watch suffering “as if to someone else,” the link breaks and bliss naturally reveals itself.
Stop chasing happiness and, when you feel hurt, just watch it pass without becoming it—then the happiness already inside you appears.
