According to Osho, psychology is useful only if you want the appearance of change—an endless shopping of theories, analyses, and therapies that rationalize your dreams without transforming you. For genuine transformation it is useless. Stop analyzing; wake up. Awareness in the present, not interpretation, ends the dream of problems. Meditation, not psychology, catalyzes real inner change.
If you truly want to change, stop analyzing and just wake up—be aware right now.
