According to Osho, ignorance (avidya) is the very soil in which karma grows: acting unconsciously creates bondage. Two complementary solutions end it: become utterly aware so action is without a doer, or surrender totally so the Divine acts through you. Partial surrender or half-awareness keeps ignorance alive and the wheel of karma turning.
Karma sticks when you act asleep; wake up fully or let God drive completely, and nothing sticks.
