According to Osho, trying to dissolve attachments by changing them backfires: effort and analysis feed the same mind that created them, breeding more confusion, frustration, and misery. Tantra advises non-fighting: allow attachment or misery fully while witnessing. In that silent awareness, attachment consumes itself and passes; the changeless center emerges, and you are both with it and free of it.
When you try to force your feelings to go away, they grow; just watch them quietly and they melt on their own.
