According to Osho, no caste has inherently superior consciousness; superiority arises only when consciousness fully actualizes its own quality through total absorption—meditation—until the doer dissolves. A Brahmin merging with Brahman, a Kshatriya becoming the sword’s flash, a Shudra uniting with labor, or a Vaishya with work can all attain the same samadhi. Superiority depends on meditation, not varna.
No one is born higher; whoever becomes totally one with what they do—thinking, fighting, trading, or working—reaches the same peak.
