Can a realized person be recognized by another realized person?

According to Osho, the wish to be recognized as realized proves non-realization; a truly awakened one neither asks nor cares for certificates. Recognition between realized persons is irrelevant, because in realization the 'self' dissolves—there is no separate 'I' to be recognized, nor 'other' to recognize. This question arises only from ego; in no-self, the whole knows itself without personal validation.

If you still want someone to label you enlightened, you aren’t; when enlightenment happens, the ‘you’ wanting recognition is gone, so recognition doesn’t matter.
