According to Osho, opposition to politics arises because politics is merely the outer mask of an inner inferiority complex—the compulsive need to prove 'I am somebody' through power, wealth, or even renunciation. Wise ones don't fight politics as such; they address the root insecurity. Self-knowing people (siddhas) have nothing to prove, so politics withers.
Politics happens when people feel small inside and try to look big; fix the inner smallness instead of blaming politics.
