According to Osho, it is absolutely impossible: genuine intelligence seeks self-knowledge, not domination; religion means inner integrity, not policy; and politics thrives on ego, masks, manipulation, and twenty-four-hour escape from oneself. In politics, even 'honesty' becomes a strategy, so an honest, intelligent, religious politician is a contradiction. Freedom from politicians begins with freeing oneself from stupidity and cultivating awareness.
