According to Osho, we fall into ignorance precisely because we are Buddhas: only awareness can lapse into unawareness, as only the living can die. The higher the peak of consciousness, the greater the risk of falling. Yet the fall isn’t failure—it matures us. Passing through darkness refines, intensifies, and crystallizes our awareness, enabling a wiser return to our original Buddhahood.
We can get lost only because we can be awake—and getting lost helps us come back wiser and kinder.
