According to Osho, Krishna would stand with the side that safeguards freedom, because for him justice is decisive and today justice means freedom. Any force trying to bind people - often hiding behind seductive slogans like "equality" - belongs to injustice. Thus Krishna's choice would favor individuals' growth, responsibility, and open society over coercion, uniformity, and dictatorial control, whatever labels are used.
He would join the team that lets everyone be free to grow, not the team that chains people even if it sounds fair.
