According to Osho, Krishna’s vow means a single thing: the alchemical transformation of unrighteousness into righteousness. ‘Destruction of the wicked’ is not killing but ending wickedness by awakening the sage within; ‘protection of the righteous’ occurs only when the so‑called righteous have fallen, exposing hypocrisy. A true sage needs no protection, sees no enemies, and is secure even amid danger.
Krishna doesn’t come to kill bad guys or guard good guys; he helps badness turn good and reveals fake goodness so real goodness can shine.
