According to Osho, anger doesn’t create a new physical gland; when anger (or any strong emotion) is repressed, its unspent energy condenses into a granthi—a psycho-physical ‘knot’ or blockage in body-mind. These knots distort organs, cloud consciousness, and become disease. The chain breaks only by conscious, creative discharge (awareness, catharsis, constructive action), not by violent expression or suppression.
