According to Osho, the Hindu sequence of avatars is not an evolutionary ladder but a record of the Divine's timely 'penetrations from beyond.' Each avatar is equally an avatar; 'full' or 'partial' only describes how many dimensions could be received through a given personality and epoch. Thus Krishna could manifest totally, Buddha only partially, and even Kalki need not be total - the order reflects collective needs, not spiritual hierarchy.
It’s not a staircase of better gods; it’s the same light showing up at different times, shining more or less depending on the person and the world.
