According to Osho, action and surrender serve different realms: outwardly, act responsibly—tie down the camel; inwardly, surrender—stop asking and seeking, and let what is already yours reveal itself. Real trust is not outsourcing to a deity but resting in your own being. Thus, practical action and inward non-demanding receptivity are complementary, not opposed.
Do what needs doing on the outside, but inside relax and stop grabbing—the treasure is already with you.
