According to Osho, raising a child is not a martyr’s sacrifice but the mother’s own fulfillment: she delights in nurturing, even in what outsiders call suffering. Parenting expresses an innate biological joy and need to care; the child’s demands nourish the bond. If there were no trouble, the mother–child relationship would wither.
Parents care for kids because loving and helping them feels deeply good, not because they must suffer for them.
