According to Osho, when a new kind of man is created, the whole consciousness of humanity moves a step forward—freshness, aliveness and new possibilities flower. Even if many only become a 'new kind of sheep,' it is still a gain. Transformation must be free, not forced; the journey itself matters more than outcomes, and even small shifts can open doors to greater change.
If even one person truly grows, it helps everyone—and small, freely chosen steps still count.
