According to Osho, the third stage of Kundalini Meditation is pure witnessing: after shaking and dancing, you simply sit or stand silently, do nothing, and let the inner rhythm settle. With eyes closed, just listen within, watch breath, sensations, thoughts pass. Effort drops, energy integrates and rises by itself, and a natural, Mahavira-like silence flowers.
In stage three, stop all movement, be very still, and just watch and listen inside without doing anything.
