According to Osho, to “stay where you are and do what you are doing” means abide in your present life and work, but with inner non-attachment and awareness—no flight, no clinging. Transformation is inward. Don’t abandon your responsibilities to follow him physically; he keeps moving, having nowhere and nothing, to prevent dependence and let the light reach many.
Keep living your life and doing your job, just stay aware inside and don’t cling or chase the teacher.
