Is there a universal right and wrong, or are they determined by each society?

At the summit of universal consciousness, there is no absolute right or wrong; true awakening lies in transcending fixed moral codes and embracing the fluidity of context and awareness.

— Osho
According to Osho, at the summit of universal consciousness there is no division at all—hence no absolute right or wrong; reality is non-dual ("not-two"). Moral codes arise from local, historical, and cultural circumstances and must change with conditions. Clinging to fixed rules is ignorance; awakening means seeing context, acting intelligently, and prioritizing awareness over borrowed morality.

There isn’t one forever-rulebook of good and bad; people make rules for their time and place, while the highest truth is beyond such dividing.
