How can one distinguish between God's will and laziness?

According to Osho, you don’t distinguish God’s will from laziness: if surrender is real, even laziness is His. Stop dividing flowers for God and keeping thorns (guilt, hypocrisy) for yourself; offer the whole. In total surrender, action and nonaction are equally sacred. God moves patiently, not hastily; the problem isn’t laziness but egoic choosing and compulsive activism.

Give everything, even your laziness, to God—stop judging it, and let trust guide whether you rest or act.
