According to Osho, multidimensional perfection has not been attained by any person—and cannot be—because perfections are infinite and often mutually opposed. Only God, not a person but the total energy expressing through all beings, is perfect in all directions. Individuals perfect one direction; realization and expression are opposite paths cultivated sequentially, not simultaneously.
No one can be perfect at everything; only the whole (God/life) covers all sides through everyone, so pick your main path—inner knowing or outer sharing—and you can learn the other later.
