According to Osho, shaktipat neither carries kundalini to the sahasrar nor guarantees an explosive samadhi; it simply compresses time for what inner ripeness would achieve anyway. When a prepared seeker meets a master’s touch, the climax may seem sudden, but it is readiness flowering. Without that maturity, nothing happens; with it, shaktipat is only a catalytic tap in the dreamlike dimension of time.
Like a ripe fruit drops with a light tap, the guru’s touch doesn’t grow the fruit—it just helps it fall when it’s ready.
