Yet the most reliable path is self-preparation: expand your capacity first and awaken energy in right proportion. Don’t become a mere vehicle for another; premature or excessive activation leads to imbalance, failure, or breakdown.
Others can help, but you must grow ready inside and go at a pace you can hold.
