According to Osho, teachers become system-makers or system-destroyers as two complementary ways to help seekers. Systems offer maps that create trust, reduce doubt, and supply the energy to move into the unknown; they are skillful devices, not ultimate truth. System-destroyers dismantle maps to prevent dependence and push ready souls into direct encounter with the unknown. Both approaches are right, serving different needs and stages.
