According to Osho, you feel like a failure because you measure yourself against an imagined 'somebody' or 'somewhere else.' Failure is born from ambition and fixed criteria for success. Drop the need to become; be content where you are. When no ideal is imposed, whatever happens is included as success, and the sadness of failure disappears.
You feel failed because you’re trying to be someone else; if you stop chasing that and are okay with where you are, you can’t fail.
