According to Osho, the truly wise one is the “madman” who awakens from worldly sleep and is absorbed in love of the Divine, despite the crowd’s ridicule. The real fool is the respected “bumpkin” entangled in worldly illusion. Wisdom is validated by the awakened; even one saint’s blessing outweighs the opinions of the entire world.
The wise person chooses God and awareness over popularity, even if others think they’re crazy.
