According to Osho, until all are fully conscious, the commune will replace punitive law with therapeutic understanding: no jails, judges, or legal experts. Its courts will be composed of compassionate, meditative scientists - geneticists, psychologists, therapists - who diagnose causes (biological, psychological, repressive conditioning) and prescribe healing - hospital care, operations, counseling - rather than blame. Offenders are seen as sick, needing love and help, not punishment.
If someone does wrong, we do not punish them; caring scientists help them heal - no prisons or judges, just treatment and understanding until everyone is wise.
