According to Osho, a Master's responsibility is the Master's alone; it is not the disciple's concern. Real discipleship is to drop the 'head' (the ego-mind), trust, and focus on one's own work: surrender, receptivity, and practice. When surrender is authentic, bargaining ends and transformation begins; questions about the Master's duties simply disappear.
Don't worry about what the teacher should do; your job is to let go of your stubborn head, trust, and do the practice.
