According to Osho, the 'psychology of the Buddhas' is not psychology of the mind at all: the enlightened one has gone beyond mind into a silent, thought-free space—the psyche, the soul. It cannot be grasped by analysis, only by passive, noninterpreting awareness. Begin by listening like to music, witnessing without reaction, remembering body–mind–soul are one indivisible presence.
Be so quietly aware that thoughts stop and you simply watch—there you meet your real self, not the mind.
