According to Osho, harmony in a group arises when ambition and competition disappear. Fights come from the same urge to climb; drop that, and people neither clash with each other nor unite against outsiders. In a non-ambitious community, individuals are not on any ladder, so cooperation becomes effortless, relationships relax, and togetherness is grounded in being, not in goals, hierarchies, or rivalries.
When no one tries to be above anyone else, people naturally get along and enjoy being together.
