According to Osho, suppression fights sex, drives it into the unconscious, breeds guilt, perversion and split personalities. Transcendence comes through awareness, acceptance and loving, meditative understanding; by living sex consciously and totally, its energy transforms into love, creativity and silence, and desire naturally subsides. You go beyond, not against, it; repression is violence, transcendence is alchemy.
Don’t push sexual feelings down; see and live them with awareness so they naturally transform and quieten.
