According to Osho, from the fourth chakra upward the cycle of rebirth shifts from gross human births to subtler, mostly disembodied realms. With an active but unconscious fourth, one revolves as a pret (ghost); with awareness, as a deva. As the fifth and sixth awaken, dense rebirth grows unlikely. At the seventh chakra, the wheel ceases—liberation, no further return.
From the heart chakra up, you mostly stop coming back as a body; you move in finer realms until, at the crown, the ride ends.
