According to Osho, after death your energy centers don’t vanish; they continue in subtler bodies exactly at the level you’ve reached. If you’re established in higher chakras (heart and above), rebirth into a gross body is unlikely: with a conscious fourth, you move to the deva plane; unconsciously, to preta; with the fifth awakened, you transcend even the deva realms.
Your chakras keep working after death at the level you reached; higher, aware centers carry you to finer worlds or beyond, not back to a heavy body.
