According to Osho, when desire—especially sexual energy—overtakes you during meditation, neither suppress nor indulge it; simply witness it. See it as a form of godliness, not sin. Stay conscious while it encircles you, standing between unconsciousness and control. As meditation deepens, repressed desire may surge; this is a good sign, releasing tension and returning you to naturalness en route to samadhi.
When strong desire shows up while meditating, don’t fight it or chase it—just watch it kindly, like a wave passing by.
