According to Osho, planning does not depend on the ego; it can function perfectly well in an egoless state—even amidst shaktipat. The dissolution of 'I' consciousness doesn’t paralyze intelligence or foresight; it simply removes self-centered motives. Planning then becomes a clear, responsive expression of awareness, free of personal grasping, control, or anxiety.
Even without a sense of ‘me,’ you can still plan—now it comes from clear awareness, not ego.
