According to Osho, after a powerful retreat, loneliness and confusion arise because you’re still trying to adjust to others instead of settling into your own being. Sannyas means non-compromise: become sufficient in aloneness, root yourself in samadhi. Then dependence drops, a natural harmony (not bargaining) appears, and your fullness overflows as giving—transforming scarcity into increasing inner wealth.
Stop bending to fit others; rest in yourself until being alone feels enough, and kindness will flow by itself.
