According to Osho, 'paritrāṇāya sādhūnām, vināśāya ca duṣkṛtām' does not promise divine bodyguarding and slaughter; both clauses mean the same transformative act. Destruction of wickedness happens by turning the wicked into sadhus, not by killing. 'Protecting sadhus' satirically exposes fake holiness—true sadhus need no protection, secure even in danger. The divine appears when saintliness is mere show and wickedness requires inner conversion.
It means God makes real goodness shine by changing bad people into good ones, not killing them, and true saints don’t need protection.
