Nurture self-love, bloom inwardly, and your love naturally overflows—touching neighbors, even 'enemies,' without discrimination or strain. Then service becomes fragrance, not duty; compassion becomes spontaneous, inclusive, and nonviolent.
Fill your own heart with love first, and kindness to everyone else will pour out by itself.
