According to Osho, there is no inherent harm in receiving shaktipat from many; if the transmission is real, all givers are just mediums of the one Divine light. The only danger lies in chasing it - becoming a beggar for experiences - you will attract claimants and 'shopkeepers,' invite spiritual exploitation, and neglect inner preparation. When you are ready, it happens naturally; give thanks and move on.
Getting shaktipat from many is not bad, but running around asking for it can lead you to fakes and away from doing your own inner work.
